We make desserts fresh, not excuses. Here’s our no-nonsense policy:

1. Fresh Factor

Our cakes, cookies, tiramisus, and brownies are baked fresh. Once delivered, they’re yours no take-backs just because you “changed your mind.”

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns same day only if:

The product was damaged during delivery, or

You got the wrong item (rare, but hey, we’re human).

That’s it. No other reasons qualify.

3. Refunds

If your case checks out, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds aren’t instant give us a little time to process.


4. How to Raise an Issue

Contact us within the same day of delivery with clear photos/videos.

If you reach out late, sorry the claim won’t count.


5. Final Bite

We stand by our products. If something genuinely goes wrong, we’ll make it right. But if it’s just second thoughts, that’s not our kitchen’s problem.
